That was also part of the same thing. I used Cristians video code with my own drawn xmas graphics :)

"Cristians video code": thank you, this make me feel like a real programmer
Fortunately, in the 2016 animated card I didn't put the year, so I can recycle it :P

MERRY
Merry.png
My parsnips remain well and truely unbuttered, so in an attempt to start the ball rolling, I cobbled together
this little number. Its not very "arty" Im sorry to say, but hints at some of the possibilities of colour and
blending.. Im thinking about the proud new owners of the Q68 in particular! (Although, I hasten to add, I
dont have one myself, so I cant be sure how it will work.)

Requirements: A recent SMSQ/E, with 8-bit or high colour only.

EXecute MERRY_bas. Spend a minute or two staring at it to get the message. Press <ENTER> to pause.
Hold <SPACE> to speed up. Press <ESC> once if youre in a hurry. Press <ESC> again to quit.

PS Im not responsible for any offensive messages that may emerge!

Wow! Three downloads! Do any of you intrepid souls happen to have a Q68? Would you be able to report back on how it performed (ideally, compared to something like QPC2)? PM me directly if you are too ashamed to be in such an abstruse minority! ;o)

And a Merry Christmas to the rest of you!

I'm nowhere near a ql or emulator right now or I would have taken a look, honest!

Merry Christmas back at you.

Cheers,Norm.

Hi Norm, from a previous post I was convinced you were a four-colour commandline kinda guy ;) You might want to dig out your Ray-Bans for this demo ;)

Hi Per,

Yes, i'm not really a graphics fan. Commandline works for me in many cases but I do use the PE as well. For some things!

I'm not in pisession of any Ray Bans (whoever he is/was :D ) but I will get my Polaroids out soon!

Cheers,
Norm.
