Does anyone have a copy of Equate - the Equation Processor by Flite Software.
I have been asked by a customer if we had a copy as it was this which drew him to the QL all those years ago.
Flite Software Limited were based in Glasgow, but a quick search of the internet reveals a Flite Software (NI) Limited and Flite Software (UK) Limited which appear to be linked and although were only incorporated in the 90s say "Since its formation in 1984, Flite Software NI Ltd is recognised worldwide as a provider of quality engineering application and selection software products. " so I have emailed them to ask if it is the same company.....

This might help explain what it does: http://qlwiki.qlforum.co.uk/doku.php?id ... _processor.

Re: Equate - the Equation Processor by Flite Software Limited
just guessing it is equate.
but here is the add:
https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=9ZM ... te&f=false
if I recall correctly, it can solve mathematical equitation. What I can pull from my memory, we entered y=x^2-5 and it also could draw the parabolic on x-y coordinate system. It may could integrate and derivate, but the time I used QL, I was not that level of math

or maybe the Maths_Basic.zip from http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/edu/index.html.
I may also check that one.
