Except that the docs (TextTidy) on Dilwyn's web site are waaaaay out of date. Better details at the above address, as well as a utility to scan your databases and report back.
Currently Windows only though, I've compiled with the Borland C++ compiler and there's a link to get you a copy, legally, for free too.
