Re: Q60
The Shuttle case I have came from a faulty XPC. I was in the process of fitting Compact Flash interfaces.
There has been a company near Warrington, UK, on Ebay selling complete XPC Shuttles for £20.

I was thinking of a case like this:
http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1784582.pdf
In black and with ribs that remind of a QL. Just 1 cm longer than the Q60 board.
The front and back panel could be customized with exactly the holes we need, and labels / logo.
Base price is 41€. The customized panels add to this.

Re: Q60
It's a nice piece of extruded aluminum.
In the wild, they look like this:

Ideal for black powder coating then laser etching. The end inserts can be replaced with conductive painted acrylic that can be laser cut to any series of ports you like.

Re: Q60
Answering myself (after properly reading that drawing) apparently that case can be had in practically any color that can be anodized, including black (you could even have a red one...)
So the outside is done. Who does the inside?

Re: Q60
I think it's fair to say that if someone were to make a batch of 20 or 25 Q60s, they would all sell.
