Hi,
I am afraid my QL's power supply has a loose contact at the connector which is plugged into the QL. Since this seems to be a very rare connector I wonder if I could repair it for myself or if I can finde an alternative (without canging the port of the QL).
Can anyone of you help?

Hmmm ... This seems to be the connection jack from the QL computer. What I need is a new plug for the power cable (from the power supply to the QL).

Hmm - with several QMOD stacks about the place here, I could always desolder the cable - although it is a lot shorter than the cable on the QL power supply (about 30cm / 12 inches)
PM me if you want me to do this for you - cost £5 plus postage.

Re: Loose contact at power supply
Hi,
I chose a different way:
I removed the rubber parts from the plug. One of the wires did lost its contact with the plug's pin. Then I soldered the wires to the pins and put a heat shrink tube around the plug and the wires ... and voilá: the plug works fine now.
