I sent a toastrack speccy off to Ian to be repaired (with an unknown fault, it was given to me on the cheap as faulty from a friend) and Ian quickly diagnosed the faults and repaired the speccy. He also serviced my +3 speccy and did the sound fix mod too. The speccies were sent back superbly wrapped...
