The oscillator frequency can be 60.0 MHz or 66.0 MHz depending on jumper setting. For the 68060RC50A CPU you apparently had ordered, I would recommend 60.0 MHz.

Why not just use the programmer I had linked above? You don't need ispLever (although the builtin programmer should also program the ispLSI chips).
