Per,
as I don't have a full version of Q-Emulator (mainly to force myself pulling out the old box every now and then): Does interlaced mode ("-i") work there? I'd be surprised if it did.

Re: Magnetic Scrolls Interpreter - Christmas Edition

Great job, Tobias ! Works even fine at a native QL (with enought ram). Thanks for that enrichment of my adventure portfolio ! See you in Mahlerts. Detlef Detlef, Thanks for the feedback! Can you specify on what platform it runs for you? Does interlaced mode work there? How's the speed on a native Q...

Happy new decade to everyone!

PS: On QPC2, your program is more a machine gun than fireworks, but still much more eco-friendly than the real thing ;)

Re: Magnetic Scrolls Interpreter - Christmas Edition

Awesome! Maybe you should contact Strand Games. Stefan who did the ZX Spectrum Next version, got their official (remixed) graphics and now they sell it along their other official offerings! I'm in contact with Stefan already. We will probably put the final version and the source code onto the Magne...

Re: QLiberator decompiler

F So - Simply replace "FEX" with "FI2_CALL" in the DiskMate source code and you should be set, and DiskMate should be working with newer SMSQ/E versions. Tobias I doubt this will work. DM5 expects the name FEX and will not react to FI2_CALL. For that DM5 will need to be edited a...

Re: QLiberator decompiler

From the FileInfo 2 Manual: The FEX procedure is the exact equivalent of FI2_CALL and FEX_W is equivalent to FI2_CALL with the bit 31 of the key set. FEX and FEX_W are kept for upward compatibility with older FileInfo things only; these procedures should not be used any more in modern programs as th...

Re: QLiberator decompiler

Any error related to "FEX" might not necessarily be QLiberator's fault.
FEX is known to be an ambiguous keyword, occuring both in some versions of SMSQ/E and FileInfo 2. This should be fixed by today, but your error might still be a remnant of that name clash.

Re: Hi From London England

44V VPP measured with a scope is about 15.5V RMS - So, fine. Typically, voltages will go down a bit anyways under load. The 10.8 Volts also look OK. You really need to have a look inside. First thing to check is IC sockets - contact between sockets and ICs gets worse because of time and corrosion - ...
