Re: QL-SD jumperable
Hi Martyn, Derek. Great! Thank you so much for the response and the offer. (It's wonderful to be in a cool community like this where people are always willing to help). I will send you private messages to see the possibilities. Or are you planning to attend the Dormagen event in May? Unfortunately, ...

Re: QL-SD jumperable
Hi QLers. I want to apply Peter's jumperable modification to my QL-SD so that the QL-SD can coexist with QIMSI. I don't have the skills or tools to do this. Is there anyone in the group who can do it? (I will pay the cost) Or does anyone know of a professional service that can do it for me? Greetings.

Peter, another question.
In a QL with (S)GC without the 68008, will QIMSI Gold work?

Re: Announcing the new "Gold Card" - QIMSI Gold
¡¡Awesome!! A dream come true. I definitely want one.
The level of integration and how small the board is is amazing.
Congratulations, Peter, and everyone who participated in the development.

Re: FPGA replacment for the ZX8301 ULA and more
As Peter and one's complement suggested an expansion card board is ready and it solves many problems. It also needs two wires and a small board over zx8301 socket but it is so much easier to install and no need for 3d printed plate for the ports. I also changed fpga to the newer cyclone 10 LP that ...

Re: SGC successor brainstorming
Wow Peter!! Great as always! Out of curiosity, two questions: . Will it have a high speed rs-232 output (qimsi style "ser4")? (I believe I understood that yes). - If it has video, memory, keyboard/mouse... Will it also be able to work autonomously (without the QL)? It will definitely be a ...

Re: FPGA replacment for the ZX8301 ULA and more
You have done a great job. It would be a shame if those hardware sprites with 16 colors and the possibility of programming them from SuperBasic (as seen in some of your videos) do not reach users. Hardware sprites are interesting features present on other platforms that the QL does not have and are ...

Re: FPGA replacment for the ZX8301 ULA and more
But it has some disadvantages that keep me from making it available. It won't work with other expansion cards. It will work with virtual micro drives but most likely not with anything that plugs in the expansion port and uses the bus. It is not easy to install in the poor quality QL sockets. In my ...

Re: FPGA replacment for the ZX8301 ULA and more
Hi lliont, great!
This is close to a GoldCard (2 MB, 16 MHz processor) and also has the additions of the improved ULA, VGA output, MC68H001 at 15Mhz and QL-SD.
By the way, could your "ZX8301 ULA and more" run SMSQ/E?
