QL/E v3.15 runs nicely under uQLx 2017, even in standard QL resolution and with JS ROM.
All one has to do is to replace the uqlx.win file with a renamed (to uqlx.win) copy of QLE.win.
Thanks to Graeme, Timothy, Rob and volunteers for bringing uQLx back!
QL forever!

Re: UQLX with BDI / QL-SD support
Is it only me or is it true that all the old uQLx distributions plus the two above are not able to be installed and run on recent Linux systems (modern HW platforms, recent 32-bit or 64-bit Linux distributions). I one says one or the other uQLx distribution works could he or she provide an understa...

Re: ZX8301 explored - facts and figures
This is great! Do you think the pictures will allow to infer the schematics? Thanks! Intention is to 1) visualise the die surface in high resolution, 2) analyse and compare the two mask revisions, 3) reverse engineer the chip. Yesterday I restarted the 2014 initiated microscope job. I’ve added a ph...

Z88 is 30 Today!
According to my records and reports in the UK computer press from spring 1987, the Cambridge Z88 was unveiled by Sir Clive Sinclair at the "Which Computer? Show" in Birmingham, England, on February 17, 1987. As a kind of an anniversary thing I made this short video: https://www.youtube.com...

Re: QMovie v2.00
What a Christmas present for the QL community. Great stuff, Marcel. I gave it a 1st short try when it was released last December just days before Christmas and had a closer look at it today. I’m highly interested in converting some of my videos to QMovie format. Can you please write a short how-to e...

Re: QLECFG
I tried to follow your instructions and found I had an out of date version of QLE, I have downloaded a the current version. It's always good to use the latest version. ;-) I have another question, when I run QPC2 on my laptop at maximum resolution: 1920x180 and loading all the QLE applictions, I ge...

Re: Removing Jobs From QLE
Yes, the easy way is to use the QLECFG program. See seperate thread. With the use of QLECFG you can get a pretty clean QDT Installation running on QL/E. See attached screenshot. All that in seconds, and without having to change a single line of program code. QL forever! Urs P.S. I'm thinking of addi...
